What is this promotion about?
From 1st July to 30th September 2008, sellers who list on www.ebay.com.hk using Auction, Auction-with-Buy It Now, Fixed price or Store format, can enjoy HK$0 insertion fee for each item they list.

$0 insertion fee will be shown before you submit your listing. You can also check the offer record in "My eBay".

What is the promotional period?
This offer is effective from Tuesday 1st July 2008, 00:00:01 to Tuesday 30th September 2008, 23:59:59 ("Offer Period"), after which it will expire automatically without further notice.

What kinds of products can enjoy this promotion?

-	HK$0 insertion fee is only applicable to items listed in Hong Kong Dollars and on eBay's website at www.ebay.com.hk during the Offer Period.
-	Any item previously scheduled to go live during the Offer Period will also qualify for the promotion.
-	If you re-list an item that had previously been closed without a successful sale during the Offer Period, the relevant re-list will also qualify for the promotion.
-	This promotion is available to items listed in any category as available on www.ebay.com.hk site during the Offer Period.
-	Any registered eBay seller who successfully list on ebay.com.hk during the Offer Period can enjoy this offer.

What kinds of products cannot enjoy this promotion?

-	Any item listed before or during the Offer Period but scheduled to start after the Offer Period will NOT qualify for this promotion.
-	Any item or listing which does not comply with any of eBay's published policies including but not limited to Listing Policies, Prohibited and Restricted Items Policies.
-	Any seller whose account has been suspended or terminated by eBay during the Offer Period.
-	Any item which a seller lists after the Offer Period.

General terms

-	eBay reserves the sole and absolute right to suspend, change or cancel this promotion at any time due to reasonable business considerations or circumstances not within its control.
-	eBay may amend the terms and conditions herein at its sole discretion.
-	eBay reserves the sole and absolute discretion to disqualify or refuse the entitlement of any seller to this offer at any time during or after the Offer Period if it is of the opinion that the seller does not meet the requirements set out in these terms and conditions or has in any way been in breach of any of the policies of eBay.
-	This promotion will not affect sellers' liabilities and obligations to pay any other eBay's fees.
