In an effort to continue to improve the overall Trust & Safety for both buyers and sellers in the marketplace, we recently introduced some changes to our listing policies required for selling items internationally.
International Selling Requirements:
Sellers wishing to list items internationally (Outside of their registered country) will be required to meet the following two criteria:
Verification means members have successfully completed an authentication process to confirm their identity. In the Hong Kong, members verify themselves by confirming with a credit card.
Becoming a verified PayPal member is important as it increases the security of the eBay and PayPal networks. Below is a summary to help you get started:

• Sign up for a PayPal account or login to your existing account.
• Verify your PayPal account in 3 easy steps:
1. Start verification by authorising a small, refundable charge to your credit card to generate a 4-digit PayPal code.
2. Retrieve the 4-digit PayPal code from your credit card statement

Enter the 4-digit PayPal code in your PayPal account

• Make sure your Verified PayPal has been linked to your eBay account.
• To link your accounts, login to your eBay account:
1. Go to ‘My eBay'
2. Click ‘Addresses' under ‘My Account” to link your accounts or view if they are already linked.
