What is e-Express
e-Express Introduction
In order to provide better quality shipping service to eBay Hong Kong sellers, eBay Hong Kong, jointly with Hongkong Post and USPS, introduce the new shipping service "e-Express".
In earlier days, eBay and Hongkong Post jointly launched the "EC-Ship Online Portal" that sellers can use to synchronize all their eBay transactions, select items for Registered Airmail, Parcel or SpeedPost, receive related tracking numbers (which is also automatically uploaded to My eBay) and print shipping labels instantly. These help sellers to save time significantly.
Now, with the premium mail service "e-Express", the EC-Ship Online Portal even can do more for posts to the US, exclusive to eBay Hong Kong sellers!
"e-Express" highlights
- A shipping service that cheaper but faster than regular Registered Airmail to US destinations for items below 2kg;
- full "Track & Trace" service;
- the time-saving online customs clearance;
- additional insurance option for the maximum coverage of HK$5,000 at the flat rate of HK$11 (terms and conditions apply);
- loss compensation:item weight below 500g for the maximum amount of HK$500 and item weight 500 or above for the maximum amount of HK$1,000 (terms and conditions apply).
